Please, make sure to read my ToS before commissioning me

General

-Terms of Services and prices can change at any time and you are bound at the time of the transcription-The artist has the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time-All listed prices are the base prices-Providing references and a brief description helps ensure that the artist can fulfill your request accurately and avoid mistakes- Any aggressive,rude or inappropriate behavior will result in the cancellation of your commission. You will receive a 50% of the total payment.WILL DO: Ocs, Fanart, soft gore, character sheets, ships, chibi
WON’T DO: NSWF, extreme gore,proships,everything that makes the artist uncomfortable

PAYMENT AND REFUND

-Payment will be accepted only through PayPal/Vgen/ Mastercard in EUR(€)-The artist require full payment after the sketch-Extra charges after the base colors phase will incur an additional fee based on the complexity of the changes-The client can get a full refund if the artist hasn’t started the commission. If the artist has already started it, the clown only gets a partial refund based on the work done, No refunds are given once the artwork is completed

DEADLINES

-The commission may take up around 1-2 months to complete depending of the commission, workload and personal matters.- WIPs will be sent throughout the piece being completed (sketch,base colors, finished piece)-Finalized work will be handled over through Google Drive or wetransfer as a PNG/JPG

USAGE POLICY

-The artist retains full copyright to the artwork even after the clients pays for and receives the piece-Clients cannot claim they drew the piece,resell the artwork itself or alter the file without permission

-BUST-UP: +60 €
-HALFBODY : +80€
-THIGH-UP : +110 €
-FULL BODY : +150€

CHIBI COMMISSION-HALFBODY : +10€
-FULL BODY : +20€

ADDITIONAL FEES-ADDITIONAL CHARACTER ; +70% of characters base price(can vary depending on complexity)
-PET/FAMILIAR: +30% of total price (can vary depending on complexity)
-PROPS: +20% of total price (can vary depending on complexity)
-SIMPLE BACKGROUND : +20% of total price(can vary depending on complexity)
-COMPLEX BACKGROUND: +50% of total price (can vary depending on complexity)
